Investors and partners
Invest with me
As well as running PropertyPickles, I’m a property investor. I’m always open to working with investors and partners on the right projects.
What I bring
- 17 years in the construction industry, including the last 10 renovating houses and the last 5 working in the property sector.
- Hands-on experience of extensions, dormers, HMOs, commercial projects and house renovations.
- Over 100 new homes built, plus work on heritage buildings.
- A builder’s eye for what a property really needs, and what that work is likely to involve.
Let’s talk
If you’re interested in working together, message me and tell me a bit about yourself and what you’re looking for. We can have a proper conversation from there.
This page is an invitation to talk. It isn’t an offer of investment, and no returns are promised or guaranteed. Anything we discuss would be agreed properly, and you should take your own independent financial and legal advice.
